Crunchy Green Salad

Ingredients
  Shredded white cabbage/Chinese leaves 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Green pepper 1 Small, deseeded and diced
  Celery sticks 3 , chopped
  Spring onions 3 , diced
For dressing
  Mayonnaise 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Yogurt 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Orange juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Herb salt To Taste
  Watercress 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm) (To Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl mix all the prepared vegetables.
2. Stir the dressing ingredients in another bowl to get a thin cream.
3. Pour dressing on the salad. Toss well.

SERVING
4. Serve crunchy green salad garnished with watercress and chilled.
