Creamy Orange Salad
|Orange-flavored gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange rind||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
1) Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2) Fold in orange rind and juice. Stir nicely.
3) Chill the mixture until consistency of unbeaten egg white is attained.
4) Add whipped cream. And in a lightly oiled 7-cup mold put the mixture and chill until firm.
5) Serve creamy orange salad chilled.
