Smoky Seafood Salad

Ingredients
  Smoked mackerel 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Frozen english peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Swiss cheese 4 Ounce, cut into julienne strips
  Chopped red onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 6
  Cooked bacon slices 4 , crumbled
  Cherry tomatoes 8
  Green pepper rings 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Take out the skin and bones from mackerel.
2. Flake the fish with a fork.
3. In a bowl add fish, peas, cheese, and onion. Toss to mix.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Arrange lettuce in a bowl and spoon the fish mixture into it.

SERVING
6. Sprinkle bacon over it.
7. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and green pepper rings.
