Chick Pea Salad with Cumin

Ingredients
  Canned chickpeas 14 Ounce (400 Gram)
  Dessert apple 1 , cored and diced
  Currants 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Spring onions 4 , trimmed and diced
For the dressing
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Concentrated apple juice 1 Teaspoon
  Shoyu 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl add all salad ingredients and combine them together.
2. Microwave the cumin seeds for about half a minute or dry roast them in frying pan for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Combine the roasted seeds with rest of the dressing ingredients.

SERVING
4. Spoon dressing into salad and mix well and serve immediately with bread, rice or pasta.
