Simple Mixed Vegan Salad

Ingredients
  Cos lettuce/Other crispy leafed variety 1
  Firm tomatoes 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Spring onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), trimmed and chopped
  Green pepper 1 , de-seeded and diced
For making dressing
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1/2 Fruit)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Dried rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large bowl, add all vegetables and mix them using spoon.
2. Take another bowl, add all dressing ingredients and season them.

FINALIZING
3. Toss the salad into the dressing before serving.

SERVING
4. Serve the simple mixed salad with rice or freshly baked bread.
