Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach leaves 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Radishes 10 , sliced
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
For making the dressing
  Walnut oil/Olive oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Red wine vinegar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Root ginger 1⁄2 Inch, finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Dry sherry 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Clean spinach leaves by washing and dry them.

MAKING
2. Take a bowl, add all salad ingredients.
3. Take a screw-top jar, and add all dressing ingredients, and combine by shaking it.
4. Spoon the dressing over the salad and toss it.
5. Chill the salad for about an hour before serving.

SERVING
6. Serve the chilled spinach salad with steamed rice.
