Grecian Green Salad
|Romaine lettuce head||2 , torn into bite size pieces|
|Cucumbers||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Green peppers||2 , chopped|
|Thinly sliced radish||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crumbled feta cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|For olive oil dressing|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
1) Take a large bowl and combine together lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, radishes and feta cheese in it. Toss well.
2) FOR THE OLIVE OIL DRESSING: Take a jar and combine all ingredients in it. Cover tightly and shake vigorously. Chill for several hours.
3) Pour Olive Oil Dressing and toss well immediately before serving.
