Curried Chicken Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Chopped cooked chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Sliced water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine all the first nine ingredients and mix well. Set this mixture aside to chill for 2 hours.

SERVING
2. Serve cold on fresh salad leaves and toasted bread
