New Potato Salad
|New potatoes||1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz)|
|Double cream||1⁄4 Pint|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
1) Drain the potatoes thoroughly and dice into pieces.
2) In a bowl, whip the cream and combine with the lemon juice, chopped chives, salt and pepper to taste.
3) Thoroughly blend the whipped cream mixture with the potatoes and refrigerate until chilled.
4) Serve the New Potato Salad chilled.
