Watercress Orange Salad
|Watercress||1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Red onion slices||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Strawberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Take a sharp knife and peel the oranges, removing all white membranes. Section the fruit.
2) Take a small bowl and combine together the orange sections, onion slices and watercress. Toss gently.
3) Take a food processor bowl or blender container and combine all the dressing ingredients in it. Blend until a smooth mixture is formed.
4) Pour dressing over salad and serve immediately.
