Fennel And Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Fennel bulb 1 Large, trimmed, cut in half lengthwise, and thinly sliced
  Iceberg lettuce head 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Fennel leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Garlic wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl mix lettuce, fennel leaves and sliced fennel.
2. Mix sliced tomatoes.
3. In a bottle mix vinegar and salt. Add pepper, oil and garlic salt.
4. Shake to mix well.

FINALIZING
5. Pour on the salad. Mix well.

SERVING
6. Serve Fennel And Tomato Salad immediately.
