Fennel and Tomato Salad
|Fennel bulb||1 Large, trimmed, cut in half lengthwise, and thinly sliced|
|Iceberg lettuce head||1⁄2 , thinly sliced|
|Fennel leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Tomatoes||3 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Garlic wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a mixing bowl mix lettuce, fennel leaves and sliced fennel.
2. Mix sliced tomatoes.
3. In a bottle mix vinegar and salt. Add pepper, oil and garlic salt.
4. Shake to mix well.
5. Pour on the salad. Mix well.
6. Serve Fennel And Tomato Salad immediately.
