Chicken Salad With Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Lettuce 6 Cup (96 tbs), shredded (Romaine / Iceberg)
  Ripe avocado 14 Ounce, halved, pitted, peeled & sliced lengthwise
  Monterey jack cheese 2 Ounce, shredded (About 1/2 Cup)
  Red onion rings 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Warm flour tortillas 8
For cilantro dressing
  Ripe tomato 1 , peeled, seeded & chopped
  Fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (Coriander)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped pickled jalapeno pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) FOR THE CILANTRO DRESSING: Take a medium size bowl and combine together tomato, oil, cilantro, lemon juice, lime juice, salt, pepper and jalapeno pepper in it. Mix well.
2) Add chicken and toss to coat nicely.

SERVING
3) Take a serving platter and arrange lettuce on it. Spoon out chicken over it. Arrange avocado slices around the chicken. Sprinkle cheese and onion rings. Serve salad with warm tortillas.
