Leftover Lamb Or Pork Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked leftover lamb/Pork 1 Pound
  Seasoned salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Extra-virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh rosemary 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Bibb lettuce head 2 , cored, washed, and dried
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shaved
Directions

MAKING
1. Thinly slice lamb or pork.
2. In a bowl, whisk together salt, pepper, oil, rosemary, vinegar and mustard.
3. In a salad bowl, place greens with Parmesan shavings and toss them with the dressing.
4. Arrange meat over greens.

SERVING
5. Serve the salad at once.
