Lime Jello Salad

Ingredients
  Sugar free lime jello 3 Ounce (1 Large Box)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Evaporated skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fruit cocktail 1 Can (10 oz) (No Sugar Added)
  Fat free cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Fat free mayonnaise 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Add jello into hot water.
2) Keep stirring till dissolved.
3) Allow to cool.
4) Stir in evaporated milk.
5) Mix in fruit cocktail, cottage cheese, pecans, and mayonnaise.
6) Transfer into a 9" x 13" pan.
7) Refrigerate till serving.

SERVING
8) Cut into bite-size squares and arrange on lettuce leaves.
