Celery Salad

Ingredients
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tea bags 3
  Low calorie orange flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages Of 3 Ounce Each)
  Canned mandarin orange segments 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce, drained, reserve liquid (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Celery 4 Cup (64 tbs), diced
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, place the tea bags and pour boiling water over them.
2 Stir well.
3 Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
4 Remove the tea bags.
5 Pour hot tea over gelatin.
6 Stir to dissolve.
7 Add in the reserved fruit liquids.
8 Stir in the lemon juice and enough cold water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
9 Stir into the gelatin mixture.
10 Place in the refrigerator and chill until the mixture is thick.
11 Pour into a 2-quart mold.
12 Refrigerate until firm.
13 Dip the mold into hot water for a few seconds.

SERVING
14 Carefully unmold onto a serving plate and serve.
