Insalata Caprese - Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4
  Buffalo mozzarella 250 Gram
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes into one-center thick pieces and arrange them in a layer on a plate.
2. Spoon freshly ground black pepper, basil and salt over them.
3. Spoon plenty of extra virgin olive oil before serving.

SERVING
4. Serve the Insalata Caprese Tomato and Mozzarella salad with a glass of white wine.
