Sea Shell Salad

Ingredients
  Raw shell pasta 8 Ounce
  Shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled
  Bay leaf 1
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen sugar snap peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned mandarin orange sections 8 Ounce
  Green onions 5
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Fat free italian dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pot heat water till boiled.
2) Add shrimps, bay leaf, onion flakes and cayenne pepper.
3) Allow to boil for about 4 minutes till the shrimp turns pink.
4) Cool, peel and devein the shrimp.
5) Cook the pasta without any fat.
6) Drain and rinse in cold water.
7) Keep the sugar snap peas at room temperature and allow to thaw.
8) Mix the peas and onions with the salad dressing.
9) Add the shrimp and toss well.
10) Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chill.

SERVING
11) Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving.
