Ingredients
  Sardines 8 Ounce
  Greens head 2 Large
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Tart french dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs), broken
Directions

Drain sardines.
Break greens into a big shallow bowl, and sprinkle with grated cheeses.
Add raw egg and French dress- ing.
Toss thoroughly.
Add sardines and potato chips.
Toss again.
