Three Way Frozen Salad

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce (2 packs, 3 ounces each)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen sliced strawberries 10 Ounce, thawed and drained
  Canned crushed pineapple 29 Ounce, drained (1 can)
Directions

MAKING
1) Using an electric beater, whip the cheese and add the cream gradually
2) Beat till thick and fold in the strawberries, mayonnaise, marshmallows, crushed pineapple and lemon juice
3) Place some cupcake liners into a muffin pan and pour the mixture into it
4) Sprinkle some nuts, maraschino, cherries or coconut atop each
5) Place the muffin tray into the freezer

FINALIZING
6) Remove the liners

SERVING
7) Unmold the frozen salad onto a platter arranged with crisp green and serve
