This version of Bean Salad is healthy, tasty and ver easy to follow. Try this Bean Salad recipe and it's without doubt a treat with any meal!
Ingredients
  Cooked dried beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Drained)
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , sliced
  Chopped sweet pickle 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill well.
Serve on lettuce cups and garnish with parsley.
