Mixed Leaf and Pine Nut Salad

Ingredients
  Radicchio head 1 Small, roughly shredded
  Lamb lettuce 3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), roughly shredded (1 small bunch)
  Oak leaf lettuce head 1⁄2 , roughly shredded
  Frisee lettuce 1⁄2 , roughly shredded (1/2 head)
  Alfalfa sprouts 2 Ounce (50 gram)
  Grapeseed oil 2 Fluid Ounce (50 milliliter)
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Pine nuts 1 Ounce, toasted (25 gram)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well and keep aside.
2. In a large sized salad bowl, combine rest of the ingredients and top with dressing. Toss gently.

SERVING
3. Serve immediately in salad plates.
