Mixed Leaf And Pine Nut Salad
|Radicchio head||1 Small, roughly shredded|
|Lamb lettuce||3⁄4 Bunch (75 gm), roughly shredded (1 small bunch)|
|Oak leaf lettuce head||1⁄2 , roughly shredded|
|Frisee lettuce||1⁄2 , roughly shredded (1/2 head)|
|Alfalfa sprouts||2 Ounce (50 gram)|
|Grapeseed oil||2 Fluid Ounce (50 milliliter)|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Pine nuts||1 Ounce, toasted (25 gram)|
1. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well and keep aside.
2. In a large sized salad bowl, combine rest of the ingredients and top with dressing. Toss gently.
3. Serve immediately in salad plates.
