Lamb's Lettuce And Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
  Red pepper 1
  Asparagus tips 4 , blanched (fresh)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lamb lettuce 18 , rinsed and drained
  Frisee lettuce 1⁄2 Small, roughly chopped
  Oak leaf lettuce 1 Small, roughly chopped
  Walnut oil 2 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Whole grain mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped fresh dill 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Place the pepper over direct flame and grill till pepper is charred.
2. Once charred black, remove and cover with a damp cloth.
3. Once cooled, peel off skin, de seed and cut into thick strips.

MAKING
4. Combine all the ingredients (apart from vegetables) in a salad bowl and whisk well.
5. Add salad leaves and remaining ingredients (apart from asparagus) and toss gently

SERVING
6. Serve immediately garnished with asparagus tips.
