Grilled Goat's Cheese With Garden Salad

Ingredients
  Goat cheese 10 Ounce, 3 inch round piece sliced into 6 pieces (275 gram, firm)
  Pita bread 1 , cut into 6, 3 1/2 inch slices
  Salad leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (assorted)
  Vinaigrette dressing 6 Tablespoon (mild)
  Herb flowers 1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Pre heat grill.

MAKING
2. In a small sized bowl, combine salad leaves and dressing. Toss gently and place on 6 individual plates. Keep aside.
3. Top each bread slice with a cheese slice and place on a grill rack. Grill on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or till cheese just starts to soften.
4. Place each bread slice atop salad in individual plates and garnish with herb flowers.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately with warm pita bread.
