Flageolet and Tomato Salad with Herby Dressing

Ingredients
For dressing
  Olive oil 150 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon flavored mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Mixed fresh herbs 3 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled, finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
For other ingredients
  Mangetouts 3 Ounce, trimmed, halved and blanched (75 gram)
  Canned green flageolet beans 14 Ounce, drained, washed and re drained
  Tomatoes 6 , peeled and chopped
  Onion 1 Small, peeled and finely chopped
  Lettuce leaves 6 (adjust quantity as needed)
  Finely chopped chives 1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Lemon twists 4
Directions

MAKING
1. In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients (apart from lettuce leaves, lemon twists and chives). Toss gently.
2. Cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Place lettuce leaves on individual salad plates.
4. Top each with chilled mixture, chives and lemon twists.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately.
