Fruit Salad Bowl
|Bananas||2 , cut lengthwise|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Red shined apple slice||4|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dip the banana, avocado and apples in lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.
Arrange lettuce and water cress in a glass salad bowl.
Arrange on the lettuce the bananas and cantaloupe then place the other fruit around, sandwiching each apple slice between 2 sections of orange.
Garnish with the strawberries.
When serving, be sure each person receives some of each fruit.
Pass sweetened fruit French dressing.
