Citrus Seafood Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh fish fillets/Shrimp-2 cups 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and cleaned
  Grapefruits 2 , peeled, cored and sectioned
  Oranges 2 , peeled, cored and sectioned
  Green onions with tops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green salad 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ripe avocado 1⁄2 , peeled and sliced
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
Directions

MAKING
1. Poach fish in simmering, salted water for 8 to 10 minutes then
cool in liquid
2. When cold, remove from liquid and debone and hen chill it
3. Mix together grapefruit and orange sections
4. Add onion and chill it
5. Combine all ingredients for salad dressing
6. Just before serving, combine fish with fruit mixture and moisten with salad dressing

SERVING
7. Arrange greens on plates
8. Scoop salad onto greens
9. Garnish with avocado slices
