Make this Emerald Macedoine Salad using this quick and easy to make recipe. Enjoy the goodness with your dear ones!
Ingredients
  Lime flavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced stuffed olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water.
Add cold water and vinegar.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Then fold in celery, olives and green pepper.
Turn into large mold.
Chill until lira.
Unmold and serve with mayonnaise.
