Emerald Macedoine Salad

|Lime flavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sliced stuffed olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water.
Add cold water and vinegar.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Then fold in celery, olives and green pepper.
Turn into large mold.
Chill until lira.
Unmold and serve with mayonnaise.
