|Shrimp/2 cans (5 oz.), cleaned shrimp||1 Pound, cooked|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , coarsely chopped|
|Dill pickles||3 Tablespoon, diced|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Combine mayonnaise with lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings
2. To prepare the shrimp chill and if large cut in halves or quarters.
3. In a bowl toss together shrimp, celery, eggs and pickles with the mayonnaise mixture.
4. Serve on crisp lettuce and salad greens top garnished with shrimp and egg.
