Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  Shrimp/2 cans (5 oz.), cleaned shrimp 1 Pound, cooked
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , coarsely chopped
  Dill pickles 3 Tablespoon, diced
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce 2
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine mayonnaise with lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings
2. To prepare the shrimp chill and if large cut in halves or quarters.
3. In a bowl toss together shrimp, celery, eggs and pickles with the mayonnaise mixture.

SERVING
4. Serve on crisp lettuce and salad greens top garnished with shrimp and egg.
