Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and cut in large pieces
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pimiento 3 Tablespoon, cut into strips
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheese/Swiss cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Potato chips 3 Cup (48 tbs), coarsely broken
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°

MAKING
2. Set the cheese and the potato chips aside
3. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together
4. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture on to a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
5. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed potato chips and bake in a moderate hot oven till the cheese is melted.

SERVING
6. Serve hot
