Sun World Pecan Chicken Salad

|Chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1/2-inch cubes and cooked|
|Seedless grape halves||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Sun World Red / Green / Black)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted and coarsely chopped|
|Basil||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Bread slices/6 bread rolls||12|
1. In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients together and mix it well.
2. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves as a wholesome lunch with all you need to eat on one plate and also great for serving as a dinner.
