|Sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
Cut large ripe pineapple lengthwise into sixths.
Remove core and cut meat from peel leaving about 1/2 inch.
Cut 5 or 6 gashes crosswise on each piece and insert slices of fresh straw- berry.
Garnish with pieces of pineapple tops.
Serve with Sour Cream Mayonnaise.
