Flaming Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Tightly packed torn spinach leaves 6 Cup (96 tbs) (1 Large Bunch)
  Belgian endive head 1 Small, separated
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
For dressing
  Shallot 1 Large, minced
  Sunflower oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Walnut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Liqueur 2 Tablespoon (Poire William)
Directions

MAKING
1. In large bowl, combine spinach and endive.
2. Sprinkle carrot with lemon juice and add to bowl.
3. In a cup or a bowl mix all the dressing ingredients.

SERVING
4. Toss with the combined mixture in the bowl and serve.
