Potato Ham And Olive Salad

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Medium
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Of Your Choice)
  Iceberg lettuce 1 Large
  Snow peas 150 Gram, trimmed
  Cubed ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Black olives 150 Gram, seeded
  Finely chopped chives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnishing)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Boil the potatoes until soft.
2.Remove the peel and cut them in 8 pieces each.
3.Scatter the lettuce leaves and rinse them well.
4.Put the leaves in bowl containing ice cold water for half an hour.
5.Once done, drain and wipe using a kitchen towel.
6.Boil salted water and blanch peas in it for 2 minutes.
7.Drain the peas.

MAKING
8.Add a sprinkling of 1/4 cup dressing on potatoes when hot and shake well so that they are coated.
9.Allow the potatoes to cool.
10.Combine ham, olives and snow peas with potatoes.
11.Add a sprinkling of 1/4 cup of dressing on the salad and mix well.
12.Put more dressing if needed.
13.Take a serving platter. put lettuce on it and place the potato salad.

SERVING
14.Serve the salad topped with chives.
