Ingredients
  Orange 3 Cup (48 tbs), cut into pieces
  Cooked seafood 3 Cup (48 tbs), cut into pieces (Shrimp, Lobster Crabmeat, Tuna Or Fillet Of Sole)
  Shredded lettuce 3 Pint (For Salad Plate Or Bowl)
  Sour cream dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine orange pieces and seafood.
Cover with enough Sour Cream Dressing to coat nicely.
Serve on bed of shredded lettuce.
