|Cauliflower head||1 Small (Raw)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomato french dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Slice the cauliflower into paper-thin slices, so that it will fall apart into tiny pieces.
Mix with the other ingredients, except lettuce, and let stand in refrigerator several hours.
Serve in a salad bowl lined with lettuce cups.
