Crunchy Bean Sprout Salad

Ingredients
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)
  Bean sprouts 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
  Cherry tomatoes 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
  Chinese leaf head 1⁄4 , shredded
  Radishes 6 , sliced
  Pepper red 1 Small, cored, seeded and sliced
  Green pepper 1 Small, cored, seeded and sliced
  Celery sticks 2 , sliced (Green Ones)
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Soy sauce dressing 6 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine waterchestnuts, bean sprouts,cherry tomatoes, Chinese leaf, radishes, peppers, celery sticks, and sesame seeds.
2) Toss well and keep aside.

SERVING
3) Add the dressing over and toss well once more.
