Spinach Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salad oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Grated orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Avocado 1 Large, peeled and sliced into rings and sprinkle with orange juice
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh spinach 1 Pound, torn into pieces to make 12 cups
  Cooked shelled shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oranges 3 , sectioned
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a screw-top jar and mix salad oil, the 1/3 cup orange juice, sugar, vinegar, orange peel, salt, dry mustard, and hot pepper sauce in it. Shake and mix everything. Chill the dressing.
2) In a salad bowl, mix together avocado, spinach, shrimp and oranges. Pour the dressing and toss.

SERVING
3) Serve spinach shrimp salad chilled or at room temperature.
