New Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Tiny potatoes/1/4 pound red potatoes 1⁄4 (15 In Number)
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Dill pickle 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Black olives 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Pimiento 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Snipped tarragon 1 Teaspoon (Fresh Ones)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a pot, bring salted water to boil and cook potatoes, covered, about 15 minutes or till tender.
2) Pour off the water, peel and slice the potatoes.

MAKING
3) In a bowl, place together yogurt, green pepper, onion, dill pickle, olives, pimiento, tarragon, salt, and pepper.
4) Fold the potatoes in the yogurt mixture until well coated.

SERVING
5) Serve cold sprinkled with chopped parsley if desired
