Tomato And Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce head 2
  Tomatoes 8 Medium, quartered
  Spring onions 6 , finely sliced in rings
  Chopped fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Of Your Choice)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Scatter the leaves of lettuce and rinse them well.
2.Put the lettuce in a bowl containing ice cold water for 30 minutes.
3.Once done, drain and wipe with a kitchen towel.

MAKING
4.Cut the leaves in bite sized pieces.
5.In a salad bowl, mix lettuce with tomatoes and spring onions.
6.Refrigerate the mixture.
7.Stir in basil in the dressing and shake well.

FINALIZING
8.Drizzle the dressing over the salad five minutes prior to serving.
9.Toss well.

SERVING
10.Serve in a bowl.
