Avocado and Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Ripe avocados 2 , sliced lengthways
  Button mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced (250 Gram)
  Peeled prawns 8 Ounce (250 Grams)
  Herb and peppercorn dressing 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
  Parsley sprigs 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) On a large flat plate, arrange the watercress and avocado around the edge.
2) In the center, add the mushrooms in a heap.
3) Top with prawns and the dressing.

SERVING
4) Garnish with parsley and serve.
