Avocado and Mandarin Orange Salad
|Bibb lettuce heads||2|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Avocado||1 Small, halved, seeded & diced to make 1 cup|
|Pine nuts/Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry white wine||1 Dash|
1) Take a salad bowl and place rinsed, dried and torn lettuce leaves in it.
2) Add avocado, mandarin oranges and walnuts or pine nuts in it. Toss gently.
3) Take a screw top jar and combine oil, vinegar, honey, soy sauce and wine in it. Shake well to combine all the ingredients.
4) Pour prepared dressing over salad and serve.
