Avocado and Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Bibb lettuce heads 2
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Avocado 1 Small, halved, seeded & diced to make 1 cup
  Pine nuts/Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a salad bowl and place rinsed, dried and torn lettuce leaves in it.
2) Add avocado, mandarin oranges and walnuts or pine nuts in it. Toss gently.
3) Take a screw top jar and combine oil, vinegar, honey, soy sauce and wine in it. Shake well to combine all the ingredients.

SERVING
4) Pour prepared dressing over salad and serve.
