Potato Ham Salad
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked cubed potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cooked cubed ham||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Diced sweet pickle||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Hard boiled egg||1 , sliced|
|Parsley sprigs||1 (For Garnish)|
1) Take a large mixing bowl and combine water, soup, vinegar and pepper.
2) Add pickle, onion, ham and potatoes to the mixture and refrigerate.
3) Garnish with parsley and sliced hard-boiled egg.
