Ham Salad Ring
|Luncheon meat||24 Ounce|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated horseradish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Line an oiled 8-inch ring mold with 8 to 10 very thin slices of the meat.
Soften gela in in cold water; dissolve over boiling water.
Grind remaining meat and combine with remaining ingredients except salad greens and mix thoroughly with the gelatin.
Pour into l^jd ring mold and chill until firm in the refrigerator.
Unmold on salad greens and serve with additional mayonnaise.
