Parmesan Spring Salad

Ingredients
  Spring greens 10 Cup (160 tbs) (Lettuce, Spinach, Dandelion And Beet Greens)
  Radish 6 , thinly sliced
  Green onions 3 , thinly sliced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, freshly grated
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon, freshly chopped
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a salad bowl, mix the greens, radishes and onions
2) Blend together the oil, cheese, mint, vinegar, water, salt, sugar and pepper
3) Pour over the salad and toss to combine well

SERVING
4) Sevre the salad as an accompaniment to a meat dish
