This Orange Pyramid Salad is something everyone will enjoy having on their dining table. Here's is a much simpler recipe for you to try your own homemade Orange Pyramid Salad.
Ingredients
  Oranges 6 Medium
  Cream cheese 9 Ounce
  Onion juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lettuce cups 6
  Water cress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel oranges, being careful to remove all white part of rind.
Slice crosswise into 3 or 4 slices.
Blend together cream cheese and onion juice.
Spread mixture between slices of orange.
Place oranges in lettuce cups, top with water cress and serve with mayonnaise.
