|Canned jellied cranberry sauce||4 Cup (64 tbs), jellied|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place pineapple and cranberry slices, put together sandwich fashion, on crisp greens.
Blend cream cheese, salt and ginger; pat into four balls and roll in chopped nuts.
Place one cheese ball on each salad.
Serve with mayonnaise thinned with a little pineapple juice.
