Everyone with love for fruits is sure to love this Pineapple-Cranberry Salad. Try out this simple recipe for extremely healthy and filling Pineapple-Cranberry Salad!
Ingredients
  Canned pineapple slice 4
  Canned jellied cranberry sauce 4 Cup (64 tbs), jellied
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place pineapple and cranberry slices, put together sandwich fashion, on crisp greens.
Blend cream cheese, salt and ginger; pat into four balls and roll in chopped nuts.
Place one cheese ball on each salad.
Serve with mayonnaise thinned with a little pineapple juice.
