Molded Ham And Potato Salad
|Diced cooked potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine potato with celery, onion, green pepper, mayon- naise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve thoroughly over hot water.
Blend into potato mixture.
Turn over top of meat mixture and chill until firm.
Unmold and garnish with salad greens and wedges of tomato.
