Hot Potato And Raisin Salad

Ingredients
  Tiny new potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Olive oil 40 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  White wine vinegar 20 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Tobasco sauce 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Tomato puree 20 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Seedless raisins 40 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, boil salted water.
2) Place the potatoes in boiling water to cook until just tender.
3) Drain the potatoes.
4) In a bowl, add oil, vinegar, paprika, sauce, puree and seasoning to blend thoroughly.
5) Add raisins to stir in.
6) Allow the potatoes to stand for 1/2 hour.
7) In a pan, transfer the potatoes and the dressing.
8) Gently warm the mixture over low heat.

SERVING
9) Immediately serve by garnishing with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
