Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Diced cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cubed, cooked potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet pickles 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Season to taste.
Serve on crisp lettuce cups.
Garnish with slices of hard-cooked eggs and pickled beets.
