Salad De Spinach St. Germaine

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Baby spinach leaves 2 Bunch (200 gm), washed and drained
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, place together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, cream, mustard and seasoning.
2) Whisk the mayonnaise mixture well until blended.
3) Place the spinach in 4 serving bowls and sprinkle with the mayonnaise dressing.
4) Toss lightly to coat the spinach leaves.

SERVING
5) Serve cold or at room temperature.
